China Entry Visa Application

Foreign nationals must have an entry visa to enter China. The organizing unit requires exhibitors to apply for a China entry visa at least one month before leaving their home country. 

Exhibitors must obtain a formal invitation letter from the Chinese side to apply for an entry visa. After receiving the completed visa application form from the exhibitor, the organizing unit will forward the information to the relevant authorities to issue an official invitation letter. Exhibitors can generally receive the invitation letter via fax or express delivery within seven days.

Upon receiving the invitation letter, exhibitors must submit this letter along with their passport, one recent photograph, and a completed official visa application form (available at the local Chinese embassy) to the local Chinese embassy to complete all visa procedures.

*Note: The passports of all exhibitors and visitors should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry.
